Tricolor Israeli Couscous Recipe

Tricolor Israeli Couscous is a colorful dish of Israeli Couscous that will surprise your guests! If you think that there is nothing to renew with Israeli Couscous – here’s a surprise – Tricolor Israeli Couscous!

Ingredients
A bag of Tricolor Isareli Couscous
1 white onion, diced
1 red or orange pepper, diced
1 tomato, diced
black/Kalamata olives, pitted and cut in half
This is what the Tricolor Israeli Couscous, here’s the bag.


Preparation
Fry the onion with the pepper until the onion becomes transparent and the pepper soften.
Add the tomato and the olives and fry for two minutes.
Add the Israeli couscous, fry for two minutes.
Add water according to the instructions (I put 2 cups of water for a cup of couscous). Add salt and pepper.
Cook until the water dissolve, it takes approximately 10 minutes.

Serve hot.
