Ramada Netanya, a Wyndham hotel, has launched this week SuiteBaby (punning with sweet baby) baby hotel. SuiteBaby provides all the necessities for a perfect postpartum. The hotel is located 7 minutes from Laniado hospital and with easy access to Tel Aviv and Haifa. The service spans today on a full floor dedicated to new moms and their newborns and include a nursery. There is no need to go to check in at the reception, a private check in service will take mom and baby straight to her suite! The floor is staffed with women only to allow for a stress-free environment.
The Suites
Ramada SuiteBaby has one and two
bedroom suites that can also accommodate family members (including the baby’s
siblings). I saw the one bedroom suite and it is beautiful. I loved the white
clean décor and the balcony facing the sea!

Each suite is equipped with:
crib or bedside cot, changing table, baby bathtub, rocking chair, and the
toiletries for both mom and baby.

Meals
The stay at Ramada SuiteBaby is
on a full board basis. All one need is to select the food from the menu and it
is brought to the room. The menu accommodates different food preferences, including
vegan, gluten free, etc. In addition, there is a kitchenette with a loaded minibar.
The Nursery and support
A unique service is included in
the stay – the nursery. Operated by experienced doulas who will take care of
the babies as needed so that mom would be able to rest, teach inexperienced new
moms how to give the baby the first bath, how to take care of the newborn and
help with breastfeeding. The latter is especially important in my opinion as
many mothers give up breastfeeding because they don’t have the proper guidance
and we are now aware of important it is for the baby. Health and nutritious
consulting is also available.

Additional Services
The hotel has an event facility
where brith and baby naming parties, special deals are available for a stay
that includes an event.

Family members can stay with mom
and baby and can take advantage of the hotel’s services for a fee.
There is a swimming pool, gym, spa,
children playground, etc.
The hotel has free underground
parking and free WiFi.
Prices
The price for the mother and baby per night is NIS 1,490 for one night, NIS
1,290 for 2 nights, and NIS 1,090 for 3 nights or more. Extra persons in the
room is NIS 280 for adult, and NIS 170 for a child.
In the coming weeks, the soft opening prices are NIS 990 per night for mom,
baby and an extra adult on a full board basis.
These prices include the full SuiteBaby services.
You might want to be aware that some private medical insurance, including
Kupat Holim’s supplementary insurance (such as Maccabi Shield and Clalit’s Platinum)
offer a reimbursement on such stay for up to 3 nights.
