Simple beetroot
salad is one of the favorite salads in my house. I have Russian origins so that
probably explains it. But regardless of this – beetroot is healthy, tasty, and
decorates any table with its dark beautiful color!
It is very simple to make this salad. Just cook the beat (the best
way is to use a pressure-cooker) or buy it already cooked in vacuum.
Cut the beetroot to small squares.
Add lemon, salt, and a little bit of vegetable oil. If the beetroot
is not sweet enough – add a little bit of sugar. I also add some mustard.
