Coconut Balls – Rafaello


These balls are really easy to make and make lovely addition to any desert table.

Coconut Balls – Rafaello

Ingredients
200 grams shredded coconut, plus some for coating
200 ml (7 oz) sweetened condensed milk
a little bit of milk and sugar powder
Preparation
Mix the coconut and condensed milk. Taste, add sugar powder if it is not sweet enough for you and milk if the resulting ‘dough’ is too dry and not soft enough to work with.  Leave to rest in the fridge for an hour.


Create balls and roll in coconut.


Store in the fridge, you may freeze it.
